You may cancel your order before it has been approved and dispatched by contacting us promptly. Once a prescription has been dispensed and the medication has been dispatched, we are unable to offer a refund or return in line with UK medicines regulations.
If your order has not yet been processed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds for approved but un-dispatched orders may be subject to an administration fee. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.
